David Rollason is the creator of CProF™ (Cultural Productivity Framework™), built from more than 30 years of real-world experience across technology, leadership, organisational culture, productivity, and large-scale business transformation.

Having worked with organisations including EDS, Sun Microsystems, Sony Electronics, and WiseTech Global, he spent decades observing how businesses succeed, fail, scale, stagnate, and struggle under increasing operational complexity.

Throughout his career, David extensively studied and applied many of the world’s best-known operational and project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, Theory of Constraints, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, Scrum, Kaizen, and Kanban. While each framework provided valuable ideas, he repeatedly observed the same problem: modern organisations were becoming increasingly constrained by culture, behavioural friction, slow decision-making, weak accountability, resistance to change, and growing operational complexity. Most legacy frameworks were created before AI fundamentally changed how organisations communicate, make decisions, manage knowledge, and execute work.
